The Builder of Stonebridge
Steven Shalibo
Steven Shalibo is a Middle Tennessee homebuilder with over 30 years of hands-on experience in construction, real estate, and residential development. Raised in rural Tennessee, he learned the value of hard work early on as a teenager while remodeling his family’s rental properties. He didn’t know it then, but those projects were his first real introduction to craftsmanship and problem-solving that would set the foundation for his career.

He officially stepped into the industry in 1995 as an on-site sales agent for a local builder. Over the next several years, he continued to expand his expertise, earning his Real Estate Broker’s license in 2000 and his contractor’s license in 2002. He later joined a respected custom home builder, where he oversaw home sales and marketing, collaborated on floor plan design, negotiated contracts, and led a successful sales team.
Following in his family’s entrepreneurial footsteps, Steven eventually left his leadership role to launch Accessible Home Construction in 2010, a company focused on modifying homes for seniors and individuals with physical challenges. By 2014, Steven founded his second company, StoneBridge Homes, returning to traditional homebuilding led by a passion to serve families across Williamson County with quality craftsmanship and thoughtful design.

Steven’s leadership in the industry has earned him recognition statewide. He served as President of the Home Builders Association of Middle Tennessee in 2021 and later joined the state board for the Home Builders Association of Tennessee. Above all, Steven remains committed to building homes that stand the test of time while contributing to advocacy, education, and professional standards within the building community.
